What Is The Purpose Of The Sprint Review?
The Nexus Sprint Review is necessary in the scaled professional Scrum framework. It enables effective collaboration among Nexus teams.
During this ceremony, representatives from the Scrum Teams come together to review and assess progress against the Sprint goal and the Nexus Sprint Backlog. This review occurs at least once every Sprint, facilitating transparency and fostering alignment among the Teams.
During the Nexus Sprint Planning ceremony, Nexus members coordinate their efforts and ensure that all Scrum Teams in Nexus align their goals. The Nexus assists teams in working together efficiently and encourages individual Scrum Teams to maintain a high standard of quality during the Sprint Reviews.
