5-day challenges
- What are these? 5-day challenges are short, focused events designed to inspire participants to learn new skills, develop healthy habits, or make changes in their lives over the course of a week.
- Each day typically features a specific task or goal that encourages engagement and consistent effort.
- We do them to foster a sense of community, promote accountability, and provide a structured way to achieve personal growth. Thus, it is easier to incorporate new practices into our daily routines.
